We are extremely proud to announce that the industrial concern KOKS Group concluded the take-over of ADROC Tech s.r.o in Slovakia yesterday. ADROC Tech s.r.o. is a manufacturer of high-quality and innovative no-man-entry (ATEX zone 0) robots and robotic units for industrial tank cleaning and nuclear plant cleaning.
The products are a supplement to the KOKS Group product portfolio. With this new specialized tank cleaning division, KOKS Group is able to support the worldwide clientele even more effectively with specific equipment for (complex) industrial cleaning applications.
With this acquisition, the Alkmaar-based family business adds ADROC Tech s.r.o. to the group of companies, which is the world leader in production of the world's most modern and safest technology in industrial cleaning equipment. KOKS Group takes over all ADROC Tech employees. The activities of ADROC Tech s.r.o. will be continued from the Malženice factory in Slovakia.
