Mobile control center set ups for tank cleaning robot systems
We can build all our mobile control centers in various set ups. For example: the ESOT-system tank cleaning robot is normally build in an ATEX approved container, but why paying for something you don't need? Therefore we offer different set ups in small cabines, container or a van with a trailer. These choices are also applicable on our non-ATEX robotic solutions, for both SAKAL as ADX-TNR Robot.
Container set up
The KOKS ESOT-system tank cleaning robot will be delivered in a container set up. This provides the user with an 20 ft container which is devided in several compartments, a few of these are ventilated. There is also an option to certify the container for ATEX Zone 1 or 2 according to your whishes. The patented container will then be provided with an ATEX compartment and an non-ATEX compartment which allows the user to watch the camera feed of the tank cleaning robot on a full HD screen.

Trailer set up
An alternative option is to build the system on a double axle trailer, this way the system can easily be connected to a (vacuum) truck. Also, this system can be equipped with the tank cleaning robot, which is certified to either work in ATEX Zone 0 or submerged.

Van and small trailer combination set up
Furthermore, you can choose for the option of a van with a build-in control centre combined with a robotic system in a trailer, this will give you all the flexibility you need. The system allows the operator to sit comfortable in the van and operate the robot.
You can choose the type of van yourself, as long as there is sufficient space to build in the necessary components for the KOKS Robotics system.
