The KOKS TVC (transportable, ventilated cabin) is designed to operate with different ATEX zone 0 robots (ADEX or ADES EX) and non-ATEX robots (ADES or SAKAL), while the TVC can be placed in ATEX zone 1 or 2. The TVC, in combination with the ADEX, ADES EX, ADES or SAKAL-robot, is intended for cleaning aboveground and underground storage tanks, water basins, sewers or other confined spaces. The KOKS TVC is utilized in combination with a vacuum truck for removal and disposal of fluid and hazardous substances, such as liquids, sludge, fats, oils, fuels and chemicals. The transportable, ventilated control cabin is available in a CSC certified container, which can be placed in zone 1 or 2 in accordance with all applicable safety standards.

Effort

The KOKS TVC-system enables its user to operate the ATEX zone 0 robots (ADEX or ADES EX) or non-ATEX robots (ADES or SAKAL) from ATEX zone 1 or 2. Commonly used for cleaning aboveground and underground (fuel) tanks, water basins or sewers, the advantages for health, safety and the environment, as well as an improvement of the cleaning quality, are undeniable.

Characteristics

The KOKS TVC-system can be used interchangeably with the ADEX and ADES EX ATEX zone 0 certified robots and is also suitable for operating the non-ATEX robots ADES and SAKAL. The robot is operated from an air-conditioned room with optional a comfort control chair. This is a safe workplace in the ATEX environment thanks to the patented pressurized room in which the operator is situated. From this TVC every movement of the robot can be controlled with the remote control and monitored via the camera screen. The TVC- standalone system is easily transportable as it is designed in a CSC certified container. The user benefits from significant time savings and a huge reduction in cost.
